We saw some new people in our English Corner, most of which were existing students who had never attended before. We discussed
topics such as “The difference between a lie and a white lie”,
“When is it okay to lie?”
“Should a promise ever be broken, if so, when?”
Everyone participated and had their own creative answers
which led into other discussions as well. Lots of newer
vocabulary was introduced.
It was a very informative English Corner and we hope to see
our existing students return, as well as new people for more fun
and activities!
这次英语角我们看到许多新面孔，大部分都是第一次参加我们大华英语角的。我们讨论了“谎言于善意的谎言的区别”、“什么时候应当说谎”、“我们应该不遵守承诺吗？如果是，什么情况下应该不遵守承诺”
每个人都踊跃参与发表自己的看法。在学员表达自己的意思的同时我们的外教也介绍了许多新的词汇，以及文化。
