Huizhou University held their first annual “Dahua English Speech Competition”, against Huizhou Economic University. All the contestants gave thought provoking speeches with carefully thought out topics. It began with each contestant giving a three minutes speech, followed by a one minute answer from the judges questions, then concluded with a random topic to talk about for one minute. Although there could be only one winner, everyone felt like a winner, by having the courage to speak in front of a large group of people. Dahua Training Center congratulated all the students on doing a great job and looks forward to next year’s competition, which will prove to be even better!
惠州学院举办了第一届“大华杯”英语演讲比赛，在最后的决赛中惠州学院将与惠州经济学院争夺桂冠。所有的选手对这次比赛都准备的十分充分。选手们首先有一个三分钟的演讲，然后有一分钟的选手跟评委问答时间。最后以一个一分钟随机话题作为最后的结论。尽管是只有一个冠军，但是每一位选手表现都是冠军，在众多观众面前演讲需要极大的勇气。大华培训中心鼓励全体学生积极参加类似活动并且期待下一次比赛的来临。
