Placement Test and Counselling 入学评估测试和选课程辅导：

New students have to take a placement test or assessment in order to assess their current level of English.You will then meet with a course counselor.Our counselors are trained to help you select the course which is most suitable for you in terms of your needs and level of English.

新生需参加入学测试，以便评估其英语程度，我们的课程顾问会根据你的需要和程度，帮助你选择最适合的课程及班级。

When you have been assessed and told which course and level are appropriate to you ,you should choose a suitable time and centre from timetable.当你完成测试后，得悉所属的级别及课程，应选择合适的上课时间及课程。

Late-Enrollment 插班：

Although any new ST, in general, has the opportunity to join an existing course, any such case needs to be backed by a placement test or assessment by our counselors.

新学员经大华课程顾问评估测试后，可以插班。

Payment 缴费：

Payment for a course must be received in full and before the course begins.

开学前必须缴清全部课程费用。

Refunds 退款：

We regret that refunds are only possible if a class is cancelled. Otherwise fees paid are neither refundable nontransferable.

除课程被取消等特殊原因，已缴之费用，不退款及转让。

Exam 考试：

DCILC will prepare an exam for every student at the end of every course. The result will be notified to every student within ten (10) days. There are three types of certificates: Attendance, Successfully Completion and Completion with Merit. ST who miss the exam will not be able to able gain their certificate.

课程结束时，需进行总结测试。测试的结果在10天内通知学员。证书分三种形式-参加课程、成功完成、奖学金生。没有参加考试的学员不能拿到证书。

Conduct 引导：

DCILC calts on every ST to be a team player and to contribute with an appropriate social manner during any class or activity, Creating a fun-filled study environment. Only together-everyone achieves more.

中心鼓励每个学员在学习中成为合作伙伴，大家团队的合作精神，将使每一个学员受益更多。

Typhoon and rainstorm warning 台风和暴雨警告For course which are canceled due typhoon and rainstorm warning, we will arrange a make up class.

因台风和暴雨警告而取消的课程，我们将举行补课。(补课制度详见中心规定)
